I know firsthand the devastating effects that lack of sleep has on a person’s life. My experience with chronic insomnia began while working in the corporate world, where I constantly asked myself, "Why can’t I sleep?" Sleep deprivation negatively affected every aspect of my life, leaving me searching for answers and wondering how to sleep better.

My self-healing journey led me through years of intensive study into the core nature of sleep difficulties. From conventional insomnia treatments and sleep therapy to ancient remedies and holistic approaches, I scoured the globe for solutions to overcome insomnia. Along this journey, I developed my own unique methods as an adult sleep coach and sleep expert. These methods target the critical elements needed to restore restful sleep and improve sleep quality for the body, mind, and soul. An approach that not only worked but also led to lasting, positive change.

As someone who struggled with trouble sleeping and restless sleep for years, my journey wasn’t easy.
